You retain full ownership of all resumes and job descriptions you submit. By uploading content, you grant ResumeTailor AI a limited license to process it solely for the purpose of delivering the service. We do not claim ownership of your content.
ResumeTailor AI does not guarantee job offers, interview callbacks, or employment outcomes. Our AI tailoring improves your resume's relevance and ATS compatibility, but results vary based on many factors outside our control.
All payments are final. We do not offer refunds once a billing cycle has begun. If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us at support@resumetailorai.com within 7 days of the charge.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Service, engage in abusive behavior, or misuse the platform — with or without prior notice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ResumeTailor AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of employment opportunities.
